1. What you are buying

You purchase a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license key for the yowio software, not the software itself. Each key activates a time-limited subscription (30, 90 or 365 days) bound to a single computer (HWID lock). Sharing accounts triggers an automatic lock.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter binding contracts.

3. Accounts and hardware binding

You are responsible for your credentials. One account equals one PC: significant hardware changes require an HWID reset via support. Simultaneous use from multiple machines results in suspension without refund.

4. Refunds — read carefully

License keys are digital goods delivered instantly. Redeemed keys are not refundable, except where mandatory consumer law applies. Unredeemed keys may be refunded within 14 days of purchase on request to support.

EU/UK customers: by redeeming a key you give express consent for immediate performance and acknowledge you lose your 14-day withdrawal right at that moment (Directive 2011/83/EU, art. 16(m)). The registration checkbox records this consent.

5. Game bans are your risk

This software interacts with games in ways their publishers prohibit. Accounts can be suspended or permanently banned at any time, with or without detection waves. A game ban is never grounds for a refund, and filing a payment dispute over a game ban is considered abuse and leads to permanent blacklisting.

6. Updates and availability

Outdated versions stop working by design — always run the latest build. Short maintenance downtimes do not extend subscriptions, except at our discretion for outages longer than 72 hours.

7. Prohibited conduct

Reverse engineering, reselling or redistributing the software or keys without authorization, payment fraud, and abusive chargebacks result in immediate termination without refund.

8. Liability

The software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 30 days before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you hold as a consumer that cannot be waived.

9. Law and changes

These terms are governed by applicable law. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means acceptance. For any questions, contact support.
